What we collect

When you create a Pakhal account, we collect your name, phone number, email address, aviary name, and general location (country and district). If you choose to add a profile photo, we store that too.

Everything you record while using Pakhal — birds, breeding pairs, clutches, health logs, sales and expenses — is stored under your account.

How we use it

Your account data is used to run the app for you: showing your birds, pairs, health records and finances back to you, and nothing else.

If Pakhal has aggregate analytics enabled, only platform-wide totals and trends (such as how many users signed up this month, or which regions users are in) are ever computed — never your individual bird, health or financial records. These aggregates are visible only to Pakhal’s owner and never sold or shared with third parties.

Where it's stored

Pakhal’s data is stored with Supabase (a hosted Postgres database provider) and served via Vercel. We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics

Pakhal may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the public marketing pages and sign-up flow are performing. When enabled, this tracks anonymous, aggregate usage events — never your email, name, bird records, health records, or financial figures.

Your data, your control

You can edit or remove your own records at any time from within the app. To request a full export or deletion of your account and its data, contact us using the details below.

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
